Need to keep track of all the phone calls / actions even if the user didn't create a feedback.

It is important to keep track of all the calls made from the website, even if users didn't add a feedback.

A solution could be to create a feedback as soon as the caller picks up, and to updates it if the user send a feedback. It might be needed to work on the frontend for that.
