Water tank

We're planning on having a food safe water tank of 200l. We're probably need to refill it once on site (200l for 4 days means it's roughly two liter of tea per hour). It will be a way to have access to drinkable water during the build up and the tear down.

We won't have a water access point into the tea house, so we need ways to refill that big tank. One option could be to use a food safe pipe which we connect when we need it, a permanent water tap is out of question though. And we should pay attention to the amount of water we're going to use.
