Wrong calculation of scores when dossier have multiple themes

There's an issue in the per-thematics score associated to each MEP when a dossier have multiple themes. For instance ACTA (dossier #1237) is now on twi themes, but https://memopol.lqdn.fr/representatives/damien-abad-1980-04-05/votes/ damien abad has a score of only -222 instead of the -800 he should have.

It does not impact the full score, only the per themes score.
